Time to Eat Fest: An unprecedented gastronomic experience

El evento se realizará el próximo sábado 30 de noviembre en las dependencias del Museo Marítim de la ciudad condal a partir de las 9:00 am y reunirá a 16 de los mejores chefs de Barcelona, quienes tienen diversos estilos y tipos de cocina. A cada uno de ellos, se le encargó la importante misión de crear un plato exclusivo con algún producto catalán para representar las diversas provincias de Cataluña. El menú estará protagonizado por 13 platos salados y 3 dulces. 

Entre los chefs participantes podemos destacar a: Gabriel Basco y Marc Santamaría de Casa Xica, Takashi Ochiai de Ochiai, Eugeni de Diego de Apluma, Iván Surinder de Tandoor, Víctor García de Plata Bistró, Max y Stefano Colombo de Frankie Gallo Cha Cha Cha, Fran Heras de Llamber, Stefano Mazza de Last Monkey, Marc Martin y Alain Guiard de la Mundana, Pablo Carrizo y Mónica Artero de This&That, Jordi Vilà de Mucho, Massimo Pignata de Delacrem, Laila Bazam de Hawker 45 y Chemi Dayas junto con Jan Fernández de Kitsuné. 

Los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de disfrutar de los platillos y de una experiencia gastronómica única. Para poder entrar al festival los asistentes podrán comprar su entrada general a 3€ en la página web del evento y saborear los platillos con los amigos o familia. Los menores de 12 años tienen acceso gratuito. 

Importante destacar que la moneda general del festival será el "token" el cual equivale a 2€ y se podrán obtener en el mismo lugar. La actividad da la posibilidad de comprar una entrada VIP que incluirá 14 tokens, una tote bag, regalos sorpresas y un "fastpass" para acceso rápido al festival. Los precios del festival son: Agua, 1€. Cerveza, 2€. Copa de vino, 3 €. Plato, 5 €. Postre 4 €. 

El festival comenzará con un delicioso desayuno de cuchillo y tenedor elaborado por el chef Nandu Jubany. Los asistentes podrán participar durante toda la jornada de diversas charlas, maridajes, talleres y actividades que se han organizado especialmente para los más pequeños.
