Poblenou is one of Barcelona's favourite neighbourhoods. It has become a powerful hub where technology companies and research facilities are concentrated. The popular @22 district and Pompeu Fabra University are located here. It is a neighbourhood where creativity and talent are in the air.
In the surrounding area you will find all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. A short walk away is the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella, one of the city's main green areas, as well as other tourist attractions such as the Arc de Triomf and the tree-lined Passeig de Sant Joan.
Another great advantage of this neighbourhood is that it faces the Mediterranean. The best beaches are just a few minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy a young atmosphere, a variety of restaurants, bars and entertainment venues fill the area with life, and where people enjoy drinks and tapas overlooking the sea.
