The modern and bright living room is decorated with warm tones and the detail of the Catalan vault not only adds style but makes the space a very cozy atmosphere. The elegant kitchen opens onto this space and is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, from utensils, kitchenware and all kinds of high-end Miele appliances. This space has access to the balcony overlooking Mercè Street. The apartment was designed by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura.

The apartment has 2 en-suite bedrooms, with double bed and closet; and 1 comfortable single room. The bathroom of each bedroom is complete and has a shower.

Located on Carrer de la Mercè, in the Gothic Quarter. This is one of the oldest neighborhoods with more history to tell. The apartment is located a few meters from the Port Vell, which has several leisure options by the sea; the Maremagnum shopping center located in the port of the pier and with an unbeatable view of it; and the famous Ramblas which are one of the main tourist landmarks of the city.
